Sports Training Solutions provide Sports Therapy and Sports Massage Services to athletes training in Mallorca, enabling individuals with different abilities and requirements from a variety of sports, to optimise their training and racing during both their Training Camps and throughout their Racing Season.

We are available to provide treatments at either your residence or accommodation be it Hotel, Villa or Apartment

Since Sports Training Solutions (STS) was established our client base has expanded to include a wide variety of athletes and we have also worked with some of the largest training camps in Mallorca.

We are based in Puerto Pollensa in the North of the Island however STS are able to travel in order to provide treatments anywhere in Mallorca
